Outside, you’ll find a decking area with uninterrupted views over the River Wharfe – there’s truly no better place to come home to! Make use of your own firepit, and convenient outdoor tap/sink.

Checklist of things to bring…
Deposit
A £100 refunable deposit is required on arrival to cover damages and additional cleaning. Please note you may be liable to further costs for damage.
Cancellations
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking which is non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Any cancellations made after this point will result in loss of full payment. We recommend purchasing holiday insurance to cover any cancellations.
